OSCON is Heavy into Rails

The O'Reilly Open Source Convention, OSCON, wrapped up a little more than a week ago. Couldn't sneak away for it ? Gregg Pollack did everyone a great favor and produced a 37 minute overview. Using an inexpensive HD Camcorder, he interviewed most of the speakers for their essential soundbytes.
Lots and lots of really interesting trends, but my biggest surprise was the ubiquity of Rails. I just didn't think it would get so much airplay, but it was everywhere.
Someone had better try this cinema-verite technique with Lotusphere.
