Position Profile:

This position is to perform, analyze, design and develop enterprise solutions for Company's Order Management and Provisioning systems. The candidate must have an in-depth experience with J2EE Java custom development for Internet solutions preferably within the telecommunications space. The candidate must possess the ability to review Functional Specifications and translate these into design documents and develop the solution. Candidate must be a self-starter and work well in a team environment. Essential Function: Interpersonal skills , oral and written communication, ability to contribute in a team environment, ability to deliver amidst complexity and change , excellent problem solving skills and the ability to initiate action. Required Knowledge and skills: Requires 2 years experience in business process analysis and requirements definition using standard business process modeling methodologies (1 year experience developing Savvion BPM applications preferred); proficiency in SBM modeling and SBM application development; in depth understanding of SBM software architecture; 5 years software development experience, strong business analysis and process flow skills with proven ability to understand, re-engineer, improve and implement complex business processes; excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong problem solving skills; and creative, collaborative and team-oriented ability
