Sametime 7.5 Inspires a Musical Theme at Jamfest

Category Lotusphere '06
Sametime 7.5 created such euphoria at Lotusphere, that at the evening Jamfest, Mary Beth Raven led an excitable crowd in singing "Sametime" to the tune of "Downtown." Ed Brill blogged the lyrics, and the event.

However, if you were unable to attend Lotusphere, here is the video. I captured the occasion on my Panasonic Lumix, which can create a  rudimentary MOV. It's been uploaded to Google Video, and is now ready to view. If you don't have flash, then you can go directly to Google Video and download it.

Our very own Petula Clark.

Gravatar Image5 - @3, actually, I have an image of Bruce choking on vomit. But it's someone else's vomit. But we don't know who's. You can't dust for vomit.

Gravatar Image4 - Thanks for capturing and posting - I missed it live, and was really hoping someone had gotten it on video.

Gravatar Image3 - Great, now I have this indelible image of Bruce spontaneously combusting.

Gravatar Image2 - Bruce: I saw Spinal Tap, and I know how dangerous it is to be the drummer. You have my admiration. I wish I could have captured more of the audience and players, but the video feature on the camera doesn't allow refocusing or zooming, once the recording starts.

Still, the moment was captured. Forever.

Gravatar Image1 - Great video! I think I know the drummer
